Our Christmas stay was ruined by the broken air conditioning in our room, which made the night unbearable. the staff didn't address the issue, we waited all night for a technician that never showed up.

Perfect location for celebrating the New Year. Great amenities with comfortable beddings and beautiful swimming pool. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.
The food could have been better, and some of the appliances in the room were not functional. Despite these minor issues, the experience was still entirely positive and would not deter me from staying there again.
